How to Obtain your DHL Account Credentials?

This article provides step-by-step instructions to obtain your DHL account credentials to calculate DHL shipping rates, print labels, and track the shipment with ReachShip. 

You need to follow the below steps to obtain your DHL credentials:

1. Send a Request to Open a DHL Account
2. Create an XMLPI account
3. Get the Credentials from DHL

Send a Request to Open a DHL Account

To obtain the credentials, you need to send a request to DHL Express. To submit the request, visit the below link: https://mydhl.express.dhl/us/en/forms/open-account.html.

Enter your Name, Company, Address, Phone number, and Email on the respective fields and click the Submit button.

The submitted details will be sent to their sales team and they will contact you to assist further. 

Once the account has been set up with the help of the sales team, you will get the account number to create and manage DHL shipments. 

Create an XMLPI account

To obtain the DHL XML credentials, register here – https://xmlportal.dhl.com/register.

Enter your details such as Name, Company, Address, Purpose of account, and the DHL account number, which you obtained from the sales team. 

Get the Credentials from DHL

After the successful registration, you will receive an email from DHL with the credentials.

There you can get the site ID and password along with your account number.

Set up the Credentials in your ReachShip Account

You can enter these details into the ReachShip Settings tab and choose the required DHL services that you want to be made available.

Click SAVE SETTINGS.
