How to Add Your USPS Account to ReachShip?

This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to connect your USPS account with ReachShipOnce connected, you can easily calculate USPS shipping rates, print labels, track shipments, and manage all your USPS shipments directly from ReachShip.

 

You need to follow the steps below to add your USPS account:

  1. Sign Up/Log In to your ReachShip
  2. Sign Up/Log In to your USPS Business Account
  3. Add USPS IDs

Finally, you can set up your USPS account with ReachShip.

 

Sign Up/Log In to your ReachShip

Log in to your ReachShip account. If you don’t have one, create a new account by entering your name, phone number, email address, and password.

Once you’re logged in, navigate to ‘Carriers’ under ‘Settings’ on the left sidebar.

 

From the list of available carriers, select ‘USPS’. Enter your account name and click on ‘Connect’.

Sign Up/Log In to your USPS Business Account

Clicking ‘Connect’ will redirect you to the USPS login page. Here, sign in with your USPS Business Account credentials. 

 

If you don’t have an account yet, you can create a new one.

After logging in, verify by entering the passcode sent to your registered email ID.

Add USPS IDs

Once logged in, select the Mailer ID (MID) you want to use and click on ‘Use These MIDs’.

You’ll then see a screen showing your account details. Click on ‘Use This Account Information’ to confirm.

Review and accept the USPS payment terms and conditions.

 

Please Note: If you haven’t added a payment method yet, you’ll need to add one before proceeding.

After completing the above steps, you’ll be redirected back to ReachShip. Your USPS account will now be successfully added under the Carriers section.

That’s it! You can now start using ReachShip to access USPS shipping rates, print labels, schedule pickups, and track your shipments seamlessly.
