Create a New Integration in Your Magento 2 Store
To get started, first create a new integration in your Magento 2 store.
Log in to your Magento 2 admin dashboard and navigate to Stores > Configuration.

Now, under Services, click OAuth.

In the Consumer Settings section, set “Allow OAuth Access Tokens to be used as standalone Bearer token” to Yes.
This is required for your access token to work.

Next, go to System > Integrations.

Here, click ‘Add New Integration’ at the top-right.

Under Integration Info, enter the required details like Name and Password.

Go to the API tab and select the following:
- Orders
- Customers
- Products
This gives ReachShip access to important order data.
Click ‘Save.’

Once you save the integration, activate it.

Next, click on ‘Allow’ to approve the access request.’
This will then generate an access token, which you can copy for the next step.

Login or Sign Up to ReachShip
Log in to your ReachShip account. And, if you’re new, you can quickly create a free account.


Once logged in, go to Settings > Stores, and select the Magento 2 logo.

A pop-up will appear. Paste the Integration Access Token you copied from your Magento 2 store.
Then, click on “Connect.”

Sync Your Magento 2 Orders
After connecting, you will be directed to ReachShip’s Order Management screen.
Follow the steps below to do the same:
- Select a date range or enter specific order numbers.
- Choose the order statuses you want to import (processing, pending, on hold, complete, closed, canceled).
- Click Sync Order.

Your Magento 2 orders will now appear inside ReachShip.
You can also find your connected store anytime under Settings > Stores.

Create Shipments
To create a shipment for any Magento 2 order, navigate to Order Management > All Orders, then select the order you wish to create a shipment for.

Sender & Customer Address
Enter the sender’s name, email, phone number, and full address. You can also select a saved address if preferred. The recipient information is automatically imported from your Magento 2 order, but you may edit it if necessary.

Order Items (Required Only for International Orders)
Add item details such as description, weight, quantity, price, HS tariff code, and country of origin. These fields are mandatory for international shipments.

Package Selection & Label Generation
Under this tab, add package details and assign order items to each. Once done, click ‘Fetch Rates’ to view Magento 2 shipping rates from all connected carriers.
Choose the best option based on delivery time and price to ensure you always get the best shipping rates for Magento 2.
Then click ‘Create Shipment’ to proceed.

You can also choose to add additional package details if needed. The specific requirements for this information may vary depending on the selected shipping carrier. (For your reference, below is a screenshot of FedEx.)

Generate & Print Shipping Label
Along with your shipment creation, your shipping label will also be generated.
Now, to download or print your label, click on ‘Shipment Label.’ These ready-to-use labels help you streamline Magento 2 order fulfillment and reduce manual errors.
Further, you can click on the ‘shipping icon’ to track your orders.
