Shipping Calculator Guide
This article explains how to calculate shipping rates using ReachShip.
ReachShip
ReachShip is an advanced tool for calculating shipping rates, printing shipping labels, getting tracking links, and more. You can access the tool online or install it on your desktop for seamless shipping management.
Currently, it supports the following shipping carriers:
- DHL
- FedEx
- USPS
- UPS
- Australia Post
- Sendle
Calculate Shipping Rates with ReachShip
To calculate shipping rates, visit the ReachShip Shipping Calculator page and follow these three simple steps:
- Shipping Location and Package Details
- Get Shipping Rates
- Select Your Desired Shipping Service
Step 1 – Shipping Location and Package Details
Start by entering the From Address and Delivery Address, including the country, state, city, and zip code.
Next, fill in the Package Details by entering the length, width, height, and weight. You can either provide custom package details or choose from predefined package options available for USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL Express, and Australia Post MyPost.
There is also an option to add multiple packages by clicking the Add New Package button.
Finally, click on Calculate Rates to view the available shipping options.
Step 2 – Get Shipping Rates
Based on the details you entered, all available shipping services and their rates will be displayed in this tab. It will also highlight the cheapest and fastest shipping options with tags.
By expanding the Shipment Details section, you can view the From and Delivery Addresses and Package Details. There is also an edit option to modify the shipment details if needed.
Step 3 – Select Your Desired Shipping Service
Now, click on the Select option of your preferred shipping service. This will open a sign-up pop-up, where you can create an account or sign in if you already have one.
After logging in, click the Print Label option to choose your preferred shipping service.
Note: The page also highlights the cheapest and fastest shipping options with tags.
Clicking on the Print Label option for your chosen shipping carrier will take you to the Order Page. If you haven’t added the carrier yet, a pop-up will appear on this order page prompting you to enter the carrier details.
Note: The required details in the pop-up may vary depending on the selected shipping carrier.
The screenshot of the order page is shown below.
By clicking on the Edit you can add the Sender and Customer details, including name, email address, phone number, company, and address.
Order Items: By clicking on the Add option you can fill in the Description, Weight, Quantity, Price, HS Tariff Code, and Country of Origin for the ordered items.
Please note that this option is only mandatory for international orders.
Customs Information: By clicking on the Update option you can fill in the details as shown in the screenshot below.

Package Selection & Label Generation: In this section, you can add multiple packages using the Add Package option. You can also add items to each package by clicking on Add Item.
Here, you also have an option to add the shipping carrier through the Add Carrier Account option. If your carrier accounts are already added, the rates will be displayed under Your Account Rates.
Next, choose your preferred shipping service from Your Account Rates. There is also an option to add Additional Info for the selected shipping service.
After selecting your preferred shipping service, click on Create Shipment, and then generate the shipping label.
Note: For Australia Post MyPost orders, there is an additional step, Create MyPost Order, between Create Shipment and Generate Label.
Once you click on the Generate Label option, the label will be generated for you to download.
