How To Set Up your Shopify Store with ReachShip?

This guide will walk you through how to set up the ReachShip Multi-Carrier Shopify Shipping App and start shipping faster.
Overview
With Shopify connected to ReachShip, you will be able to:
1. Easily Sync Multiple Shopify Stores
Manage multiple stores in one dashboard — perfect for businesses operating in different regions. ReachShip syncs your Shopify orders, products, and customer details to simplify Shopify order fulfillment.
2. Connect Multiple Shipping Carriers

Install the ReachShip Shopify Shipping App
You can install the app either directly from the ReachShip dashboard or from the Shopify App Store.
From ReachShip:
1. Log in to your ReachShip account. If you don’t have one yet, you can easily create a new account.


2. Once logged in, navigate to Settings > Stores, and click on the Shopify logo.

3. Now, a pop-up window will appear. Click on “Install from Shopify Store.”

4. You’ll then be redirected to your Shopify store to complete the installation. Make sure you’re logged in to your Shopify store before proceeding.

From Shopify:
Alternatively, you can visit the Shopify App Store, search for ReachShip, and click Install App.


Once installed (via either method), you’ll be redirected to accept the terms and conditions. Here, click on ‘Install’ again to complete the integration process.

Connecting Your Shopify Store to ReachShip
After the installation, you’ll be taken to the ReachShip dashboard. Here’s how to sync your Shopify orders:
- Choose the order range by entering “From” and “To” dates, or select order numbers directly.
- Pick the desired fulfillment status (e.g., unfulfilled, fulfilled, or partially fulfilled).
- Click Sync Order to pull your Shopify orders into ReachShip.

Your orders will now automatically sync, and you can view your Shopify store under Settings > Stores.

Create Shipments
To create a shipment for any Shopify order, go to Order Management > All Orders.
Select the order you want to ship and fill in the required details.

Sender & Customer Address
Enter the sender details, including name, email, phone number, and full address with city, country, and zip code, or you can also use one of your saved addresses. The recipient details will be automatically synced from your Shopify order, but you can edit them if needed.

Order Items (Required Only for International Orders)
Here, you can add your item descriptions, weight, quantity, price, HS tariff code, and country of origin. Please note, this information is mandatory in the case of international shipments.

Package Selection & Label Generation
Under this tab, add package details and assign order items to each. Once done, click ‘Fetch Rates’ to view Shopify shipping rates from all connected carriers.
Choose the best option based on delivery time and price to ensure you always get the best shipping rates for Shopify.
Then click ‘Create Shipment’ to proceed.

You can also choose to add additional package details if needed. The specific requirements for this information may vary depending on the selected shipping carrier. (For your reference, below is a screenshot of FedEx.)

Generate & Print Shipping Label
Along with your shipment creation, your shipping label will also be generated.
Now, to download or print your label, click on ‘Shipment Label.’ These ready-to-use labels help you streamline Shopify order fulfillment and reduce manual errors.
Further, you can click on the ‘shipping icon’ to track your orders.

That’s it! You can now start using ReachShip to simplify your entire Shopify shipping workflow — from order import to delivery.
