Yes. Once the labels are generated & the order is marked  as completed. The tracking information will be sent to the customer via email. Make sure you have the email tracking enabled in the ReachShip`s Carrier specific label generation settings.

To accomplish this task, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the ReachShip menu and click on “Settings.”
  2. Under “Settings,” select “Label Generation.”
  3. Look for “USPS” and click on “Show Label Settings” for that specific option.
  4. A pop-up window will appear. Within the pop-up, locate and enable the “Email Tracking” option.
  5. Save the changes to ensure the setting is applied.

By following these steps, you will be able to activate the “Email Tracking” feature for USPS within the ReachShip plugin.

Yes, you can use weight-based packing. But all products need to have weight and dimension in them since the API require at least two package dimension to be over 5cm.

There are no restrictions on shipment creation. You may create as many shipments as you want.
