- ReachShip™ demands a very high level of respect and professionalism from its employees and business partners, in turn, we expect the same level of respect from our customers, no level of harassment, abuse, or threats will be tolerated in our Support area.
Upon termination of an account, all valid subscriptions will be removed, all support will be terminated.

APPLICABLE LAW

DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to ReachShip™ or to products you purchase through reachship.com shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Karnataka, India, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate ReachShip™ intellectual property rights, ReachShip™ may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Karnataka, India, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. The Indian Courts award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
